Description
U.S. Grab your boots, trail mix, and some water because on November 17, it's National Take a Hike Day! This annual event gets you outside for scenery and exercise by tackling America's 60,000 miles of trails. It's also a great way to get that heart pumping while you breathe in pristine air. Don't miss a chance to participate in National Take a Hike Day 2022 at West Boggs Park! We have three different events to celebrate getting out and about this fall. We have three different events to celebrate getting out and about this fall: 9AM- Morning Miles and Tea Party Join us in the Activity Center. We will head out in the park to do some morning strolling in the brisk air and have a little tea party halfway through our hike! 11:30 AM- Lakeside Lunch Hike Pack little lunch and meet at the playground. We will hike along the lake, through the campgrounds, and stop for lunch along the way! 6:30PM- Nature Night Hike Meet at the Activity Center, dressed warm, and wearing sturdy footwear. We will see the park in the dark, listen for owls, and test our senses on the trails! Please leave pets at home.
